Method and calculation
Latitude must be between −90 and 90 and longitude between −180 and 180. The parser also accepts common directional DMS notation.
Privacy and external map tiles
All coordinates and files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded.
Limitations
The validator cannot confirm that a coordinate describes the place you intended. Possible reversed order is shown but never applied automatically.
